CREATE; Six Artists, Six Chefs, One Canvas: New art


I was honored to have been selected by chef Louis DiBiccari of Tavern Road for this years Create event. I was paired with chef Brian Young (Citizen Public House) and after a couple of meetings we decided on a color scheme and decided to take the art/food inspiration literally. I painted the piece on the right specifically for the event, and chef Brian prepared Rabbit rillettes, cherry coulis, black garlic & coffee puree with a white rice cracker. We both worked on presenting his dish on the left.
